Chicken Tenders take me right returned to my formative years – every time we went out, it changed into me and a plate of tenders! I still get them at eating places every now and then when the temper hits me. My taste for them has advanced over time. I love them covered in a terrific sauce. Our kids LOVE Chicken Tenders. Even though this recipe uses a variety of hot sauce, it’s no longer great spicy. I might say it’s approximately a medium warmness, not hot. People who like more spice may want to feature a few cayenne pepper to the sauce.

INGREDIENTS

• 25 oz.Package frozen Crispy Chicken Strips


• 1/three cup Franks Red Hot Sauce


• 1 ½ cups brown sugar


• 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce


• 1 tablespoon corn syrup


• 1 tablespoon water


OPTIONAL DIPS:

• ranch dressing

• blue cheese dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

• OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake the chicken strips on an ungreased cookie sheet for 18-20 minutes, flipping 1/2 way via baking.

• AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 385°F. Cook bird strips in a single layer in air fryer and for eleven-12 mins, flipping half of manner via cooking.

• While the chook strips are cooking, make the sauce. In a medium sauce pot over meidum-high warmness, combine the new sauce, brown sugar, bbq sauce, corn syrup and water.

• Bring sauce to a boil, then reduce the warmth to low and simmer until the sugar is absolutely dissolved, approximately 2-3 mins. Remove the sauce from the warmth.

• Dip the cooked bird strips within the sauce to absolutely coat on all aspects. Serve warm with dipping sauce if preferred!
