INGREDIENTS


• For the crust:


• 2 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs, approximately 26 Oreo Cookies


• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted


• For the chocolate filling:


• 1 cup heavy whipping cream


• 2 cups bittersweet chocolate-chopped


• ¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into small portions


DIRECTIONS


• To make crust:


• Finely weigh down the complete Oreo cookies in a meals processor, add melted butter and blend till it’s all moistened


• Press crumb aggregate onto backside and up the perimeters of the prepared nine-inch tart pan by means of gently greasing the edges of the pan with cooking spray


• Place within the freezer at the same time as you make the filling


• To make chocolate filling:


• In a medium heatproof bowl, vicinity chopped bittersweet chocolate, set aside


• In a small sauce pan over medium heat, convey the heavy cream and butter to a low boil


• Remove the pan from the heat and put mixture over the bittersweet chocolate


• Let stand for 1 minute and slowly stir collectively with spatula until the chocolate is absolutely melted and smooth


• Pour aggregate over chilled crust and refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours or in a single day


• Serve chilled, sprinkled with chocolate curls


NOTES


• You can make the tart a day beforehand of time. This chocolate tart and any leftovers can be cowl tightly and kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 day and additionally freezes properly for up to a few months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving
