CRISPY POTATO WEDGES 

Well pro crispy potato wedges!! These crispy potatoes are sinfully proper. Not best are they crispy at the out of doors, they are properly pro and fluffy at the internal.

If you're looking for homemade crispy potato wedges, you are at the right vicinity. I even have a thing for smoked paprika and I have generously seasoned these potato wedges with it.mostly I used two teaspoons for this recipe but you uxan use according your iwn choice. These wedges were pro with pantry staples like onion powder, combined herbs and salt.

Prep Time 10 mins 

Cook Time 30 mins 

Total Time 40 mins


Ingredients 

• 6 huge potato (about 1 kg) 


• 2 tsp smoked paprika 


• Salt to flavor 


• ½ tsp cayenne pepper Use in step with desire 


• 1 tsp onion powder 


• 1 tsp vegetable oil 


• 1 tsp mixed herbs 


Instructions


● Preheat the oven to 200C/385F and line a baking tray with parchment paperWash the potatoes nicely to dispose of dust. Peel the pores and skin off if favored however this isn't essential. 


● Cut the potatoes into even wedges as this lets in them to cook calmly 


● Add the sliced potato wedges to a bowl, add the spices, blended herbs, salt and vegetable and mix to mix 


● Add pro potato wedges to the covered baking tray on a single layer 


 ● Bake within the oven for 30 to forty mins or till golden and crispy 

 

● Take it out of the oven and serve right away
