》Ingredients


■ Fish Dip Ingredients


● Water as required


● Salt 1 teaspoon


● Ginger Garlic Paste (1.5) tablespoon


● Fish Fillets (Stay) 3-4 nos


■ Ingredients for making marination:


● Half a cup of flour


● Chopped red chillies 5 tbsp


● Salt one and a half (1.5) teaspoon


● White pepper powder half teaspoon


● Paprika powder one and a half (1.5) teaspoon


● Ginger Garlic Paste (1.5) tablespoon


● Green chili paste 1 tbsp


● Dried Coriander 2 tbsp


● Lemon juice 2 tbsp


● Egg 1 



📋DIRECTIONS


1.

To make fish, take the fish fillets in a bowl and mark it with a stick.

Now put water, salt, ginger garlic paste and fish in a bowl and soak it for fifteen minutes.

Then take the soaked fish fillets out of the water and dry them well with kitchen paper and keep aside for an hour.

Now in a large bowl add flour, chopped red chillies, salt, white chillies, turmeric, paprika, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, chopped coriander, lemon juice, egg, malta food color and tamarind pulp and mix well. Mix it.

Coat the fish fillets well in this marinade and leave to marinate for thirty to two hours.

Now heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated fish fillets until well cooked.


7.

To make tamarind chutney, add apricots, tamarind pulp, sugar, salt, chopped red chillies, green chillies, onion, mint leaves, coriander and water in a blender and blend well.


8.

The sauce is ready and serve with the prepared spicy fried fish.
